What are your hours of operation?
We operate 24/7 for Express delivery service ⚡.

• Same-day delivery service cutoff: 3 PM (after 3 PM, users can schedule for future dates)
• Standard delivery service cutoff: 12 PM (after 12 PM, users can schedule for future dates)

After cutoff times, you can still schedule deliveries for any future date of your choice.

Please Note:

  • The "pickup window" is the period when the driver will arrive to collect your package.  Our drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup location.
  • A waiting fee will be applied if the driver is kept longer than 15 minutes.  This fee is $20 for every additional 15-minute interval and will be invoiced to the customer.
  • For Same-Day and Standard services, you may schedule for a future date if you place your order after the daily cut-off time.
  • For Same-Day delivery, you will receive a  personalized delivery time estimate  during the quoting process based on your specific route and distance.
  • We cannot guarantee arrival at a business location before its closing time. It is the customer's responsibility to plan the service level accordingly.
What is your waiting time policy?

To ensure efficient service for all customers, we have the following waiting time policy:

  • Free waiting time:  15 minutes included with all services
  • Waiting fee:  $20 for every 15-minute interval beyond the initial 15 minutes
  • Billing:  Waiting fees are invoiced separately after service completion
  • Please be prepared with your package ready when the driver arrives to avoid additional charges
Can I schedule deliveries for future dates?

Yes! You can schedule deliveries for future dates with the following options:

  • Same-Day Service:  Orders placed after 3:00 PM can be scheduled for the next business day or later
  • Standard Service:  Orders placed after 12:00 PM can be scheduled for the next business day or later
  • Express Service:  Can be scheduled for any future date and time

When scheduling online, simply select your preferred future date during the booking process.

Can I request a delivery during specific time slots?
Yes, we offer the option to request specific time slots for deliveries. This feature is available exclusively for our Express Delivery service. To request a preferred pickup and drop-off time, please specify your desired time when booking. Unfortunately, this option is not available for other service types.
Can I schedule deliveries for a future date?
Yes, you can schedule deliveries for a future date using our scheduling system. Simply select the date, time, and the service type when making your booking.
How do I place a rush order?
To place a rush order, use our online booking system to get an instant quote and select Express Delivery for the fastest delivery (1 to 3 hours). Visit our Rates page for more details.

How much does Crunch Courier charge per package?
Pricing varies based on the package size, weight, distance, and other factors. You can easily get an instant quote using our online pricing tool available on the homepage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers. Please note, we do not accept cash.
How can I make payment for my delivery?
You will receive an email with a secure Square Invoice payment link, allowing you to make payment conveniently online.
Do you offer any discounts for regular customers or bulk deliveries?
Yes, we offer discounts for regular customers and bulk deliveries. If you use our service frequently or have a large number of deliveries, please contact us at Ann@crunchcourier.ca to discuss custom pricing options and discounts.

Delivery Tracking and Proof

Does your delivery service offer proof of delivery with a signature?
Yes, we can provide proof of delivery with a signature upon request. Additionally, we can also provide a photo as evidence of delivery if required.
Do you offer tracking services for deliveries?
Yes, we offer package tracking with live updates to keep you informed about the status of your shipment. However, our fast service often means you’ll receive your package before you need to check the tracking! .
Can I get updates on my delivery status?
Yes! We offer two options:

Basic Updates: Contact us with your invoice number anytime for delivery status

Automated Notifications (Request Only): Get automatic confirmations when:
• Driver picks up your package
• Package is successfully delivered
• Plus optional photo proof and signature

Just let us know you'd like automated notifications when you book!
How can I ensure my package will be delivered?

Modifications and Cancellations

How can I cancel or modify my delivery?
To cancel or modify your delivery, please contact us via email at delivery@crunchcourier.ca. You can also text us or WhatsApp us at 647-928-2583. Kindly provide your invoice number along with the specific details of the changes you wish to make.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Express Delivery: No refunds - all bookings are final

Same-Day Delivery:
• 85% refund if cancelled 2+ hours before pickup
• 50% refund if cancelled 1-2 hours before pickup
• No refund if cancelled less than 1 hour before pickup

Standard Delivery:
• 85% refund if cancelled before pickup window begins
• No refund once pickup window begins

Refunds take 2-7 business days to process.

Insurance for Your Deliveries

Do you offer insurance for packages?
Yes, we offer basic insurance coverage of up to $400 for each package. This coverage is included in the price of your delivery. If the package is lost or damaged during transit, we will reimburse you up to $400.

Please note that coverage is limited to $400, and any claims exceeding this amount will not be eligible for reimbursement. For additional coverage, we recommend insuring your item through a third-party provider.
